The Verida 30-Day Try-On Period
We invite you to experience your Verida garment for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. This extended period is designed to allow you to truly appreciate its quality, fit, and how it integrates into your discerning lifestyle. We encourage you to try on your piece at home, pair it with your existing wardrobe, and discover its effortless elegance.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
Should your Verida piece not perfectly align with your expectations, our process for returns and exchanges is designed for utmost ease and clarity. To initiate your return, please contact our Client Care team directly at support@byverida.com. We will guide you through each step, ensuring a smooth and dignified resolution.
We are pleased to offer instant exchanges for a swift transition to your ideal size or style. This means you can secure your preferred piece without delay, ensuring your wardrobe remains perfectly curated.
Important Considerations for Returns
To maintain the integrity of our collection and ensure a fair process for all our esteemed clients, please observe the following:
- Timeliness: Your return must be lodged within 30 days of the delivery date. For instant exchanges, the original item must be returned and scanned by the post office within 14 days of receiving your new piece. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full value of the exchanged item.
- Condition of Return: All garments must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags meticulously attached and in their correct and original packaging. We kindly request that items show no signs of perfume, deodorant, washing powder, or scuff marks (for footwear, please ensure they are tried on indoors on soft surfaces).
- Handling Fee: A nominal handling fee will be applied to all returns. This fee thoughtfully covers the meticulous processing of your return and the dispatch of any exchanged items or new purchases made with store credit.
- Store Credit: We issue returns as store credit for the full value of your item(s). This credit provides you with the flexibility to select another exquisite piece from our collection at your leisure, valid for six months from the date of issue. Please note, refunds are not provided for returns, including those due to change of mind or incorrect size selections.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return, including accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear. Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' are also exempt from returns unless a manufacturing fault is present.
- Faulty Items: In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact our Client Care team immediately at support@byverida.com for a prompt resolution.
